Delete Your Acceler8 Account

This page explains how to delete your Acceler8 account and request deletion of your personal data. Acceler8 is a business tool used by SEA Morris Enterprises' staff, contractors, quality inspectors, and property-management customers.

Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account:

1. Open the Acceler8 app (or acceler8.pro) and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

Your login is disabled immediately, and your personal information is removed as described below.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us at privacy@seamorris.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We'll verify your request and process it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and login credentials.
• Your personal profile information — name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
• Personal identifiers associated with your profile.

What we are required to keep

We are legally required to retain certain business and tax records even after an account is deleted. These may include:

• Payroll and contractor-payment records, including the information needed to prepare and support tax filings such as IRS Form 1099.
• Completed work orders, invoices, statements, and payment history.

We keep these records for as long as required by law — generally several years (for example, tax and payroll records are typically retained for a number of years to meet IRS and state requirements). They are kept only as long as required, are no longer linked to an active account, and are not used to contact you.
