Built for your team and your systems

AI supports order intake, estimates, photo review and follow-up. Messages and alerts stay with each work order throughout its lifecycle.

The open three-tier architecture separates role-based apps, an API and workflow layer, and shared data. It is designed to connect external order-request systems through APIs so requests enter the same approval, dispatch, documentation, and billing flow. Integration details are reviewed for each deployment.

Portal and field operations use encrypted HTTPS connections, role-based access, and an auditable work-order history. We can review OAuth and SSO requirements with your IT team. A bounded self-repair service detects data issues, fixes known safe cases, and routes other findings for human review.
